Movie Making Camp

When? April 19th, 20th and 21st (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

What time? 11:00 - 12:00

Where? In person at Peer Projects Therapy from the Heart

Who?
 Ages 7-14

As spring arrives we know everyone is excited to get out and play! This April vacation we are offering an opportunity for kids to get together to share ideas and make social connections while making short movies! Kids will work together in small groups to brainstorm ideas, make a plan, film and edit a short movie together!
A hobby or interest like movie making combines creativity, team-work, and technology and gives kids the chance to express themselves, gain self-awareness, and build self-esteem. It also helps build valuable skills that can turn into lifelong passions!

Therapeutic benefits:
●  Social communication (e.g working together, sharing ideas, flexibility, problem-solving, roles within a group etc.)
●  Language organization and narrative development
●  Executive function (task planning, time management, setting and achieving goals etc.)

Additional Information:
Prior to the start of this camp, you will receive an email with more information!
If interested, call our office or email at admin@pptfth.com for more information.

Many insurance providers will cover these services!
