Individuals will get a full-body workout through a series of counselor-guided stations, to improve endurance, bilateral coordination, proprioception, strength, and body awareness. The circuit will include mountain climbers, burpees, punching bag, cross-crawls, square jumps, and various other plyometric exercises. In addition to the physical elements, we’ll delve further into the mental components of boxing, which make it so beneficial for building self-esteem, improving self-regulation, and reducing stress.
