Private Pay Costs - Effective January 1, 2026

Evaluations 

• Evaluation consisting of 1-2-hours of face to face meeting time: $300

• Speech/Language (includes receptive/expressive language, articulation, social pragmatics)

• Feeding

• Voice

• Occupational Therapy

• 1 hour Social Group Intake Session: $200

• 45 minute - 1 hour articulation only evaluation: $200

• 1 hour Individual and/or Family Psychotherapy Intake with our social worker: $200

• 2+ hour Comprehensive Evaluation: rate to be discussed as testing will be individualized

Treatment

In-person & Telehealth Sessions

• $120 for 45 minutes

• Package: 10 sessions for $1150*

• $160 for 1 hour

• Package: 10 sessions for $1550*

• Social pragmatics group: $85

• Package: 10 sessions for $800*

• Safe and Sound Protocol

  • $100 for 30 minutes

• Friday Pre-vocational Program

  • $75 per hour

• Relationship Development Intervention (RDI)

  • $200 for 1 hour RDI Consultation session after RDA completed

    • 5 and 10 consultation session packages available at a discounted rate

    • Please inquire to speak with an RDI Consultant on our team to learn more

• Mental Health Sessions with our social worker

  • $120 for 50 minutes over telehelath

  • $160 for 50 minutes in person

*If you have purchased a package at 2025 prices, please note that these prices will be honored through the completion of your package.

Formal progress reports

• $50 per report, per service

Parent/Caregiver Meetings/Coaching or Attendance at Team Meetings

• $160 per hour, per provider in attendance (prorated)

Off-Site Visits, Including Observations

• School Visit: $160 per hour + travel time                                                                                                               

• School Visit with written feedback: $250 per hour + travel time                                                                                    

• Home Visit: $160 per hour + travel time                                                                                                                   

• Travel time billed at $75 per hour, if location is more than 15 minutes from our office

• Harborlight Montessori, Beverly (OT and speech)

• Glen Urquhart, Beverly Farms (OT and speech)

• Tower School, Marblehead (OT)

• St. Mary’s, Lynn (speech)

• St. Pius, Lynn (speech)

Phone Calls

• Periodic check-ins with parent/caregiver and therapist, 30 minutes or less: no charge                                                                                     

• Check-ins greater than 30 minutes: $75 per hour

• Regularly scheduled check-ins with other members of client’s team: $75 per hour                                                                      

Consultations / Review of Reports, IEP’s, etc.                             

• Consultation / Review of IEP’s and reports with written feedback provided over email: $120 per hour

Missed Appointment Fees (please see our Commitment to Therapy policy here)                             

• Less than 24 hour notice: $60

• No show (client does not call or email to cancel, and does not show up for their session): Fee is equal to the private pay rate of the session (listed above)
